Here we are, your therapists

Meet our team of licensed, experienced, empathetic therapists walking alongside you on your transformational journey

Sean M Stewart

Psychotherapist, LCSW

I'm Sean, a clinical psychotherapist with 14 years of walking alongside people in some of the toughest and most beautiful moments of their lives.

I started out as a social worker on the streets and in crisis centers, where I learned that real change rarely happens on paper; it happens in the raw, honest contact between two human beings.

That early fire never left me. After years of frontline work I trained deeply in psychoanalysis (to listen to the stories the unconscious keeps telling), in CBT and schema therapy (to give the mind clear, workable tools), and in Rational-Emotive & Cognitive-Behavioral methods (because sometimes we simply need to cut through the noise and choose differently, now).

I bring all of that into the room, but I don’t hide behind any single label.

Some days we dive into the echoes of the past, other days we stay fiercely in the present and change the pattern today.

What never changes is this: I meet you as you are, without judgment, with curiosity, and with a quiet confidence that you already carry everything you need to live a freer, richer life.

Anxiety that keeps you small, relationships that hurt more than they heal, old wounds that still steer the ship, depression, burnout, or the simple feeling that “there has to be more than this”; whatever it is, we’ll face it together, at your pace, with whatever approach serves you best in this moment.

Fourteen years have taught me one thing above all:

when someone feels truly seen and not alone, something shifts.

That shift has already started the second you opened this page.

Whenever you’re ready, I’m here.

With respect and a little mischief,

Sean

Natalia Mumlauri Stewart

Gestalt Therapist in Practice, MS

I am Natalia, a Gestalt therapist trained on both sides of the Atlantic: in the vibrant, dialogic tradition of the European Gestalt community and the creative, body-aware lineage of the American West Coast.

This double root has shaped the way I work: deeply present, warmly curious, and always grounded in the here-and-now of what is alive between us.

In the room with me, nothing is “too much,” “too little,” or “wrong.”

Your tears, your anger, your silence, your laughter, even your wish to run away; everything is welcome material for awareness and contact.

I don’t interpret you from a distance. I meet you at the edge where your experience is unfolding right now, and together we explore how you stop yourself, how you protect yourself, and how you long to be fully seen and met.

My training taught me that healing does not happen by fixing something broken, but by restoring interrupted contact: contact with your feelings, your body, your history, and, most importantly, contact with another human being who is willing to stay present with you in whatever arises.

Whether you come because of anxiety that tightens your chest, relationships that leave you confused, grief that still lives in your throat, or simply the quiet sense that “there must be more to my life,” I will walk beside you with curiosity, respect, and a steady belief that your organism already knows the direction toward wholeness.

You don’t need to have the words. You only need to bring yourself, exactly as you are, in this moment.

And when you’re ready for this, the chair opposite me is waiting.

With warmth and presence,

Natalia
